Smile Thoughts on Day 15......

Day 15

I have finished my 14 days of Induction, with a 10 lb weight loss. 6.5 the first week, and 3.5 the second. I was hoping to do a little better, but I'm okay with that.

I feel so much better! I have more energy, and I am sleeping so much better. My mood is much more up beat, and I haven't had a hot flash in over a week! My clothes are looser, and my skin is clear and soft. I like this WOE.

I have decided to continue with the 20 gram carb limit for at least an additional 2 weeks, but will not be as strict with the foods, as Induction.

I feel like I have accomplished something very positive in my life the last two weeks, and I am willingly ready to continue with this WOE. Wish me luck!

Seems like I wont lose unless I really watch my calorie count also, so you may want to check.

Good for you... It still amazes me how this really does work for so many people. I want to cry when I step on the scales.

Congratulations!!! You did awesome!! 10 lbs. is a lot! That's almost 1/5 of the weight you want to lose! Way to go!!

Let us know how continuation of induction goes. I'm thinking about doing the same thing.
Take care,
Bonnie
