Gee, I love these little guys.

Any idea why this vegetable is so high in carbs?

They aren't that bad really, I've been haivng them quite often, though I limit myself to like 5-6 sprouts at once.
I guess they are about 1 net carb each, but still that's not to bad.

UGH!!! I didn't realize they were hight in carbs. Big ooopsy for me, as I ate a bunch this weekend.
