Question Will under 15 grams of carbs daily hurt me?

HI everyone!
I was wondering if taking in under 15 grams of carbs daily would hurt my chances for weight loss... becuase i really dont like to eat alot and i dont like the idea of stuffing myself just to obtain those carbs... what do i do?

15 is ok.

The real issue is getting in your mandatory 2-3 cups of natural fiber - veggies daily. You can still be under with that but most people then add some coffee, eggs, cheese, cream, salad dressings, or sweetner packets which all add more carbs. This is why 20 are allowed.

Atkins used to be lower then 20 carbs but found people were healthier and weightloss was greater at this level.

WEll it may not hurt you for a while, but it won't help you so get a few more in add extra veggies to a salad, like a tomato, grated carrot, peppers.
Atkins plan is based on eating 20 carbs aday, you would be wise to try get up to it, besides its the protien that fills you up, not the veggies. 8>)

so at least 2 cups of salad daily? i can do that thanks. i do drink alot of water too. thank you guys!
