Default After a Blowout

So I just wanted to know what do ya'll do after you have a cheat to get you back on track. This weekend was the worst weekend ever. I ate like I did when I weighed 300 lbs. Now I'm trying to start back over. This was the first time I have done this since May.

My advice would be to take it one meal at a time. Go back on induction and just move on....

It happens! Just take care of your self now!

You can do it you've had super progress already!

Don't weigh yourself for at least a week, drink gallons and gallons of water and start back on this WOE immediately. And exercise. Don't be hard on yourself just go with one day at a time.

I agree just start over - we're all human. I think every one of us has had a cheat meal, day or weekend. The important thing is to stop now. DOn't give into the mentality of "oh well, already bad, why not be worse?" That just makes it worse all around. Just start back with induction foods for a few days or a week, starting with today and you will get back on the wagon. You CAN do this! Read this board when you feel tempted and in a few days you'll be right back on track.

I agree with Ashley. Log onto this site often in the next few weeks. You will get lots of support here. And I do personally believe that a good cheat every now and then will not totally derail you unless you let it. Just take it one day at a time and go from here. You can do it!!!
