Question String cheese

I would like to know if anyone has any negative info about string cheese... The package I bought (Black Diamond) lists the carbs as 0, but a friend who was on Curves said they weren't supposed to eat string cheese. I also searched on fitday.com for it, and it wasn't listed at all so I'm wondering if there's something everyone else knows about it that I don't...

Eat the cheese.

You can have like 2 ounces of the stuff and it comes in those handy 1 ounce packages. So eat away!

I actually cut it in little peices, grab some pepperoni and away I go.

Now if I could only get my dogs from trying to get on this diet I would be okay....

I'm not real familiar with curves. But string cheese is fine. Sometimes, I stop at Kroger's on my way home from work and grap a small bag to munch on while I'm driving my 1 hour home from work... Yummy!

I'm not sure about fitday though. I've had a hard time logging it on there as well.

Thanks guys! I just wanted to make sure, there's nothing worse than thinking that you're eating something good, then finding out it isn't after all...

Just to be on teh safe side, I count cheese at 1 gram of carbs per ounce. It has some carbs, not quite a whole gram per oz.....
