I can relate to how you feel. I'm in 7th day of Induction and have the headache and light headed thing going on. Hope it gets better soon.

Hang in there.

Hmmmm, are you eating enough, and not trying to do this with low fat? That will make you feel icky for sure. When I used to do WW, the lack of food (fat and protein) made me tired and cranky, with a headache that lasted at least a week. Make sure you are eating enough of the right things and getting good rest, that will help you through it. Your body is probably just trying to figure out what to burn at this point.

as i mentioned, i've experienced this before the first time i went on induction. i read that it's all part of the detox process and it makes perfect sense. it doesn't bother me all that much since i know that the woosh fairy will be visiting me in a few days. oh, happy day!

At least I think I'm eating enough. I realized yesterday I wasn't using enough fats so I started today using more butter and more olive oil. Hopefully this will make me feel better. Otherwise I'll be heading to doctor to check out the headaches.

Menu for today: BF: 2 scrambled eggs cooked in olive oil and butter with cheese

Lunch: 2 steaks cooked in olive oil and broccoli
Snack: Tuna mixed with canned crab meat with mayo

Dinner: 2 steaks again cooked in olive oil with 2 sunny side up eggs
And of course load of water.

Am I doing anything wrong or should I had something. I'm starting to get sick of steak and eggs a little. Did have ham last night but can't deal with it everyday either.
Hanging in there....

Lily
