Default A small find in Boots

I was looking for the diabetic choccies and there, by the Splenda granular was Hermeseta LIQUID.

The granular stuff always had carbs (24 per cup) because of the filler used to make it pourable but this stuff doesn't!
1 tsp is supposed to equal 10 tsp of sugar. I'll try baking something this weekend and see how things turn out.

Hermesetas Liquid contains Per drop (0,05ml) Per 100 ml
Protein 0 g
Carbohydrates, available 0 g
Fat 0 mg
Energy 0 kJ (0 kcal)
Sodium 15.6 mg

I've been using the Herm. liquid in both peanut butter cups and LC homemade ice cream. Even though I love Splenda, I just found the liquid worked better in both these things.

BUT watch out!! It is so incredibly sweet - a little goes a LONG way!! I usually start with about 1/2 a capful for a batch of ice cream, and work from there if it needs more.

GOOD LUCK!!

Thanks for that - I used 5 drops in some cream last night and it as sweet as about 1 tablespoon of Splenda!
