BLBM, do a quick search on breakfasts and you will come up with tons of ideas. I know there are several threads on breakfasts all over this forum. Though induction is the most restrictive, you will still find lots of ideas like the omlette/crepe with splenda and vanilla creamcheese in the middle, or deep dish pizza quiche (who says pizza isn't a breakfast food?) or any yummy cheese and/or veggie quiche for that matter.
