Default ? are you losing more than 3lbs. week?

I would love to know what you are eating. I am eating 20 to 22 carbs and average 2lbs a week. I would love to lose more before Thanksgiving. Not so that I can eat all day... I just want to look my best for family that has not seen me in a long time.

I'm losing 1.5 a week....often wish it were faster, but then again, this seems pretty safe and steady.

I've lost 17 pounds in 4 months...so on average a little less than 1/2 pound per week. 20-25 carbs/day, around 1500 calories.

The 2 lb per week mark is safest. Any more and you're probably losing lean body mass. I've slowed down to .5 -1 lb per week in OWL.
