I Would Luv 2 Join Ya Challenge But I Work Out 5x/week And Am Doing Tkd On Those Days To Help Buld Musscle. (high Suger Drink B4 W/o And A Protin Drink Post W/o)other Than That I'll Give Up My Bars And What Not.
As It Is I Stay Basically Between 20-30 Cbs A Day(not Counting The Workout Drinks I Burn Them Up With Weight & Cardio Traing) If I Can Join This Chall. I Will Go Back To Just 20 Cbs.
