Default Just the Cheese

Yesterday I found this snack at the health food store called "Just the Cheese". One carb per ounce - it's baked cheese with flavorings added. They have several flavors and they are all wonderful! It's nice to have something crunchy to eat besides pork rinds and nuts. We have done the baked cheese "crackers" ourselves, but this just "kicks it up another notch!"

Thanks for the tip. I need legal snacks for the 16 hour days at work. Will see if I can find some.

"Just the Cheese" is one of my all-time favs! Just be sure to keep the water intake up as those little suckers are kinda high on the sodium scale.

Regardless, they're another wonderful treat that we're allowed to have!

BTW- *E*, if you can't find them locally, Netrition has a pretty good selection of them.

I love them too. But I eat them rarely because of the sodium and dairy. Seems cheese stalls me sometimes

Oh goodness. These sound good and bad. I am a cheese-aholic, so I know I'll love them. I'll probably love them too much.

I love the nacho and the pizza flavors -- I just have to grit my teeth when I pay $2.99 for a package.

I think they're great for at school, but I can't eat a whole package! (This from the woman who could polish off a LARGE -- like 20 ounce -- bag of potato chips or SunChips in a sitting!)

They do make one kind that's low sodium. How low comparatively I don't know.

Just got back from vacation and when my sister was eating pop corn during the movies - I could munch on "just the cheese" and not even envy her.

If you haven't tried them, I urge you to. They make you feel satisfied when you really have the munchies (and don't care for - or are sick of - pork rinds.)

I "discovered" this product a few months ago and have began taking a package with me when I go to the movies so I am not tempted.. It seems to work well for me

Ok, that's it. Stopping by Drug Emporium tonight... you've got me craving these things now! I'm sure they'll be great.
