?cream cheese truffle recipe?

Does anyone know of a truffle recipe that has cream cheese as an ingredient ?
Around the holidays I usually made full carb heavenly truffles with choc, cream cheese, powdered sugar,ect....but now that I have changed my way of eating, I am wanting to find a more appropriate recipe...any ideas ?

Maybe if you post your regular high carb recipe some of the creative people on here might have some ideas for substitutions to make it low carb.

There are several cream cheese fudge recipes about -- that would probably be close to what you are looking for.
