Question Exercise

Does exercise make the weight loss go faster, or should I not even bother.

It helps the weight loss go faster, much faster for many people.

Its also very good for you, helps you keep your lean muscle mass up, not to mention tighten and tone up so when you do lose all the weight you dont have flaps of loose skin or are still flabbe due to lack of muscle tone.

Plus it has a ton of other health benefits.

Definitely exercise if you can!

It can only help... burns calories and speeds up metabolism. Definitely the way to go.

Yes bother. Keep moving and have fun doing it. Choose activities you like. The exercise does not have to be intense to burn fat.

I get most of my exercise from just two sports that I really love to do. I have two martial arts classes per week that I have to show up for to get my next belt. Just a few more workouts, and I get 3-5 per week.
