just picked up a loaf of trader joe's pecan spice bread - 4 net carbs a slice! it's my first try at low carb bread - and it's just ok.

but i'm really curious about the joe's lows label on the package - i wonder if it's a sign that trader joe's plans to produce other low carb products? has anyone noticed anything else on the shelves?

(lately i've been treating my self to new ricotta fresca they've been carrying - full fat ricotta! it's great with just a sprinkle of splenda.)
