Hi! Welcome aboard!

The best tips I can offer?

- Don't take any short cuts. No low carb bars, low carb chocolate, etc... it may be low carb, but it's still junk food.
- In addition to eating the right food, be sure to do all the "supplemental" things, too: drink your water, *exercise*, and take your supplements.
- The most important change isn't in your diet but in your attitude. You can follow the rules to the letter, but if your attitude is such that you expect to "lose weight really quickly on this crash diet", you won't be remotely successful. If you take your time, "live and let live", and enjoy the journey (the food is fantastic, so there's no reason not to... ) you'll do really well.

If you want to read more of my ranting, feel free to visit my website. (by clicking the icon below)

Enjoy!
