Unhappy Back again

Okay today is October 9, 2003 and am at a heafty 168 lbs. I was totally grosed out when I saw myself sitting in the hairdresser's chair today. (Thoses mirrors are not forgiving at all). Herre is my dilema. I want to lose the weight but I am attempting to get pregnant again. Is it safe to be in induction I the early stages of pregnancy? I understand that the ababy will take from my stores so it's not the baby that suffers it's me.

Here is my other dilema all of my weight is in my core area (abs, butt, thigh, sides) will this program work for these areas?

Pleas advise as my next alternative is to break all the mirrors in my house.

This way of eating will help you to lose weight and to feel healthy. Of course, you cannot spot reduce so your body will shed the fat where it wants to - not always where/when we want it to!

If you don't already - consider exercise. This will also serve to firm up those problem areas.

I have no knowledge that induction and attempting to get pregnant would be incompatible. You will probably have to increase your carbs, however, when you do conceive.
