Wasn't sure where to post this, but I HAD to post it (probably no need...I'm sure alot of you have already tried this, but WTH!)!

As my cals are very low today, I was rummaging around in my lc ingredient stash...found the Thick'NThin/Not Cereal I'd purchased about a month ago...

1/2 cup warm water, 1 tbsp TT/NC, stir well with a whisk - then add 2 tbsp ground pecans (I had already ground them Sunday for a dessert recipe) - nuke for 60 secs. Stir to break up some of the clumps, then add your butter and sweetener. If you like, top it off with about 1 tbsp cream (like you do on oatmeal).

VERY low carb...DELISH!

I love Gram's Gourmet Cream of Flax hot cereal... and flaxomeal is also yummy!
