Default Yummy LC appetizer I made for a party...

I am *so* not the domestic type - my husband is the cook in the family for the most part... but I have a book club meeting tomorrow night and needed to bring something to share.

I wanted LC, but something no one else could tell was low carb. And since I finally found the La Tortillas (regular wheat *and* garlic herb) at the store the other day - I decided to make pinwheels!

I used cream cheese and sour cream, shredded garlic pesto cheese, finely diced summer sausage, black olives, pickles, a bit of garlic paste and a touch of pepper. Spread it on the tortillas, wrapped them up and I'll let them chill overnight before cutting them. The spread was so delicious just tasting it out of the bowl, I know they'll be great!

I love it that I had everything I needed in the house - and it was pretty simple! I also got to try out the food processor we got for our wedding 1.5 years ago for the first time. FUN!

Woo Hoo! Just thought I'd share! It feels good to make something LC that I know everyone will love!

What a thrill for you! I made these great chicken legs for an office party last week. Not only did everyone enjoy them, they were tickled I actually cooked.
