hi, i use diet swiss miss if i crave for some hot cocoa. its pretty
good! only 3 net carbs(total carb 4, 1 dietary fiber)
per packet and 25 cals. sometimes i add a tablespoon of table
cream to add some fat.
i also drink chocolate(5 carbs, 4 dietary fiber)
and vanilla (4 carbs, 3 dietary fiber)soy slender whenever
i cravefor some shake(its a good sub). and sometimes i
add some heavy cream to it to add some fat. enjoy!
