Default Ordering out fun and musing on goals

I tried something new last night and wanted to tell you all since it might be helpful. Because no one wants to be side tracked by four slices of pizza when your family orders out food.

Anyway I called my local pizza place which has 16 inch subs and ordered a cheesesteak sandwich, no bread with mayo and lettuce.

What came was a gigantic container of meat, cheese, mayo and lettuce. Enough for two meals and quite a lot of bang for my buck. Earlier that week I had ordered a half cheesesteak and mozzerella sticks and eaten the filling out of the bread. But this was definitely better. And oh so freaking yummy.

Anyway I have new goals now. I have no clue what my weight is so I have no clue if I'll make the 185 by October 4th goal. So my new goal is 165 by new years and 135 by my transplant anniversary on March 14th. No matter what the scale says saturday morning I'm not going to beat myself up or stop. I'm in it for the long haul. My other new goal is exercising again and I should probably add something about studying more but we'll see if I need to after I get some tests back.

Anyway have a happy day! I'm cheat free 3 days.

Isn't it great! My office building is attached to a mall..with a food court....we go out every friday to the Philly cheese steak place and get a cheesesteak...less the roll, they double up on the meat & cheese and knock $2.00 off the regular price! There's 4 of us on the diet and start cookin when they see us coming! They also do the hoagies for us without the roll, it's great!!

SAme thing happened to me at Quiznos. I usually just order the Cheesesteak sandwich and dump out the bread. Last time we went the guy said sorry we're out of the special bread for Cheesesteak will you take a regular hoagie roll? I said sure actually I'm not even going to eat the bread (I never talk about Atkins, too many weird comments) but anyway he said if you want I can put it in a bowl for you and I'll give you double meat since your not having bread.! It was great
