Lightbulb Found something interesting about Skin Brushing today.

I was looking through thread about sagging skin and saw Skin Brushing. Then I did some searching on the web and found this site.

http://www.bodywellbeing.plus.com/p...%20brushing.htm

I thought it was interesting but I don't know if there much truth to it. Maybe the only answer is to give it a try?

regards,

Brushing the skin also helps keep it tight if you are losing alot of weight. I've been brushing for a while and I've lost 60lbs with my skin still tight.

Smile encouraging

Lessara - that is very encouraging. Losing so much with very little sagging skin. Can I ask what type of brush you use please? Or could you give a short blurb about what, how and when you do it?

Thank you and regards,

they are surgical scrub brushes...any place with medical/surgical stuff... you could call you county's special ed or a hospial that has occupational therapy for info on where to get them. they are little white/clear handless brushes and dirt cheap.

Great! I do have a surgical supply store near me so I will go there and ask for some. I think this sounds really good! Can't wait to go scrub!!! Thanks for the info!
