You have to go by how your body looks and feels. In this WOL you can weigh more because lean body mass is more since we do not loose muscle along with fat in weight loss

Just go with what feels good to you, if you do go under 170 by a bit, decide then, but increaseing carbs slowly, or staying at the level you are at now and going down to 160-165, se how it feels.
But remember slowly is the key as if you start eating all the carbs again, Bam! it'll all come back and more.
Good Luck Kathy

Your profile doesn't list a gender and you need to update your stats to show your loss! You didn't need to lose much, if it has come easy for you, keep going a bit and see if you like the results. If you are a guy, the extra weight loss will give you great definition, but if you're a girl-you may risk further loss of desireable fat and fertitlity if you go too low below recommended body weight. Hard to tell without knowing your sex.
