Default Cinnamon Bun

I Blew it big time this morning. I ate a huge cinnamon bun right out of the oven with creamy icing all over it. Couldn't stop myself
After all my hard work of getting down under 200pounds. I don't know what came over me... Hopefully the scale won't be back up..

The only thing you can do, is keep going. Getting upset isn't going to keep the pounds off. Hopefully, you enjoyed the cinamon bun and now, you can get back to this WOE. It'll be alright.

You are doing awesome. Don't dwell on slipping up... just hop back on the wagon! My roommate is trying to get under the 200 lb. mark and she slipped up the other day... had a reallllllllllly rich dessert at Applebees. (You know... those really gooey ones that taste so good but make you feel like you've eaten a load of bricks...) So needless to say she was pretty bummed. But the way she looked at it was... "OK, I made the conscious decision to eat it, so since I did I may as well enjoy it as the treat that it was and be careful to not do it again!!!"

Don't get mad...but you need to think about why you ate it and how it made you feel? Remember how you feel right now - that feeling is what will stop you next time.
In order to lose weight...you need to change your way of thinking, not just your way of eating.
Sorry for being tough on you - but if you really want to lose, no sticky sweet will get in your way.
Congrats on the 18lbs.

Wow, a cinnamon bun with frosting... now that's a cheat!

Look at it this way: it will probably set you back, but the only way it will stop you is if you let it become an excuse for more cheating. You know... you're sitting around watching a movie tonight and you say to yourself, "Well, I had that cinnamon roll this morning, so I might as well have some popcorn and a bag of m&m's tonight."

Now, that's the trap you need to avoid.

This might help. Today I took a la torilla fried it in butter and then sprinkled ground cinnamon and splenda on it. It tasted like a cinnamon bun. I'm not sure how to duplicate icing. Don't worry about it we all fall off.
