I have a similar problem -- smaller on top and bigger through the middle than I used to be. I think the smaller on top may be related to having spent almost three years total nursing and the bigger in the middle is clearly related to the two pregnancies. The way my shape is changing, I am starting to think I will be totally flat chested by the time I get to my goal weight and I was never flat chested. The one advantage of being smaller on top is that I just bought several shirts that were not plus-sized (XL misses). However, it is probably going to take me another 50 pounds to get out of the plus sizes in clothes that fit through the waist.
