Smile Yum!

Just wanted to drop a quick post...
I went to Hi-Health yesterday and got some new things I hadn't tried, just to experiment and keep me out of the "bad stuff." At any rate I just wanted to see if anyone has tried the Keto Cocoa Crisp cereal, or the new Slender Soy Milk (LC version). If you haven't and are in need of some taste variation and a little bit of sweet, these are awesome! Also, to whoever recommended the whipped cream and peanut butter, you are the greatest! I've been dying for sweets and need to steer clear of the sugar alcohols.

Have a great night

I love the Keto Krispies. Though I save them for special treats. The Soy slender I have frequently though.

Another thing you might try is getting some whole milk yogurt. I love taking it and mixing it with 1 scoop shake mix for a pudding like thing, yummy. Also good is taking some cottage cheese and purreing it with some berries and splenda.

Look up the mock danish recipe on here for another sweet breakfast item. I am going to make the LC donuts here some day. (When my house is clean and I have spare time, yeah right)
