Default Am I eating too much Mayo??

Although I am still losing, I think I might be eating too much Mayonnaise!
Any thoughts???? How much is too much???

I eat a minium of 6 Tbs. a day.A maxium of 10 sometimes.

You see, I have mayo on my salads and with my meat. It's the only way I can choke a salad down. And I just have to have mayo with my hamburger patties which I eat twice a day!

Am I eating tooo much Mayo???

No I don't see a problem with it, unless you are one of the people who have to keep calories at a certain level. If so then it might push you over. But it seems to be working, so I would not worry. Fat is great.

Asl long as its a sugar free mayo I would see not problem with it beside from the tons of calories it must be adding to your diet.

Just remember that some mayo has carbs. Make sure that you read the label carefully.

i have been trying hard to find out those mayo brands with low-low sugar levels. recently Kraft sweetened their mayo. i used to be their ultimate fan. so disappointed now. now only left Japanese mayo thats favourable.
