I've done that too many times lol

also I won't use the same plate in the microwave to heat up my lc tortillas that i use to warm my kids hotdog/hamburger buns becuase there might be carb residue!

you look forward to Monday mornings because that is when you do your weekly weigh-in!

I find myself being extra good on Sunday and avoiding high salt content foods just so I can see a better number come Monday am.

if you have an upset tummy, you only take one Tums instead of two because of the carbs.

...when you see a commercial for something you used to love to eat or you see someone eating something you used to eat.... and all you can think is ACK, that's like 5 days worth of carbs !!!!

... when you are sitting on the couch watching nothing at 9:30 p.m ... and a commercial comes on for all you can eat crab legs at red lobster.. and you are in the car before the commercial is over ... trying to get there before they close.. ( I did this .. yup.. ME!)
