Default Lunch Out at Work - What do you order?

Thought this might be interesting...

I'm sure I'm not the only one who eats lunch out every day at work... so... what do you order when you grab lunch on a work day?

Personally, I go to Cosi and get a salad with grilled chix, bacon, cucumber and ranch dressing (or my own). Or I go to the deli and get a bacon cheeseburger on lettuce with a side of steamed broccoli.

I usually grab one or two Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers from Wendy's. I LOVE THEM. Or, some chicken from KFC, Original recipe, skin removed.
I bring in my own salads because they are so expensive to buy out. I am pretty cheap when it's just for me.

My favourite dining-out lunch is at Boston Pizza. They make a wonderful spinach salad with bacon, boiled eggs, mushrooms, etc... just liek I'd make it at home (if anyone else in this house liked spinach, that is LOL)! Yummm...

I get a lot of Chicken Caesar without croutons, or cobb salad, or grilled fish with veggies.

double whopper w/cheese (and less the stuff that we don't need). or a salad from subway w/oil & vinegar - this way i can command exactly what veg goes in, plus extra cheese and sliced turkey.

but in general, i do better to bring my own food.

I try and remember to bring something from home, but if I forget we have a Wendy's nearby and i'll get 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers and a small caesar for $3.12, or I walk around the gourmet grocery store across the street and hit the salad bar or deli or look for new low-carb stuff. They are adding a low-carb section a little at a time. Yesterday they told me by next week they'll have a whole low-carb section with lots of ready to eat/heat & eat stuff. I'm too excited!

Bruchi's steak or chicken supreme-no bread over a spinach or cesaer salad.
Chili's mushroom jack fajitas-no tortillas-excellent!
Zip's doggoner (hotdog and hamburger with the works-+bacon and cheese)
Subway's chicken pizziola as a salad-yum!
Meat/veggie pizza with extra cheese and toss the crust

Most of the time I pack a lunch and I have Atkin's shakes and nuts in my locker just in case I can't get out.

Some places have different salads, I usually go for the one that has the grilled chicken.

Today I had a Cobb salad, it has egg, bacon, blue cheese, chicken, pickle, tomatoes (I took them off) and some other veggies I just removed. I asked for the blue cheese dressing on the side so I can control it myself.

Or

I'll order grilled ckn or fish with no potato's and an extra helping of veggies instead

To drink I always get unsweetened Iced Tea
