Default Salisbury steak?

What is this? Do you know what they put in it? I saw it in the store yesterday and it was in premade patties and looked like hamburger patties. That is what I thought it was. It looked identical but it said "Salisbury steak". Does anyone know what they put in this? I couldn't find anywhere ingredients but I'm sure they must add something to it other than plain hamburger. I want to know if it is safe to eat.

it usually is like a meatloaf but in patties. Some store bought brands use lots of tvp in them. Homemade version have bread crumbs. they usually come in a high carb brown gravy too. I would stay away from if you dont know

Most are made with fillers. Check ingredients. Homemade is probably the only "safe" ones.

Look at the ingredients because usually frozen processed food is full of things we LCers wouldn't want to eat. Frozen hamburger patties are usually just that, but frozen salisbury steak.....look at the ingredients. Good luck on your LC journey!!!

Don't risk it! the homemade ones are much tastier

I found a gravy that has only 4 carbs per 100 mill!

Or make your own gravy with Thick-n-thin NotStarch...works like cornstarch, and ZERO carbs.
