Default boo.. no yeahh, no huh :)

Well I am still a pund up, in fact I am a half pound up then I had been maintaining for the week. That was depressing. I took my measurements though, and lost 1 inch off my waist and one off my chest (measured under breasts)

My lean weight went from 105 to 106, so I found the pound and it's in a good place (now if I could just get a pound to go to the breasts I would be a happy camper)

Just goes to show the scale isn't everything in this WOE and workout plan.

*very careful hides a recent post where she commented on how maybe she doesn't measure the exact same each time and there's slight room for error* When I lose the measurments are accurate, it's just when they go up thre's question you know

Congratulations!

Like you said, the scale doesn't show you everything. And on a program like BFL, it can definitely be a good thing!

Keep up the great work!

Keep at it, LB, it does take some time to notice the changes when you're a lot closer to your goal. It's a good thing you took those pictures - they will show the difference you can't see looking at yourself on a daily basis.

Hi Guys:

I did my measurements on www.mybodycomp.com and it shows that I lost 1 pound of fat and gained 1 pound of muscle in the last 2 weeks. The scale shows nothing. I'm already starting to see muscle, but the biggest difference that I often forget is psychological. I feel like I can do anything! I feel strong! And suddenly I think I'm looking better. I'm not focusing on the negative, but looking at the positive.

I really like that!

Wanda
