Question I'm addicted to cheese!

I can't help it! I can't live without cheese! Is this normal? I eat around 4 pieces a day, every day. It's starting to mess up my stomach too. Is there any other food that I can eat for a snack that won't constipate me?

Does anybody else do this or am I the only one? lol

Do you get fiber too? I to love cheese bigtime. As long as I get my flax in everyday I dont have a problem. Also eating veggies high in fiber helps too. But remember eating to much cheese can stall some lowcarbers

I am a cheese lover too. My fav snack is taking shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese....sprinkling on a microwaveable dish (not plastic..iron or stoneware) and nuking for about 1.5 - 2 minutes until it gets browned. Then I let it cool and peel or scrap off with spoon. yummy.

BUT I limit myself to 3 oz a day at most. You may be eating too much of it thus your constipation. Cream cheese seems to be OK but I prefer the harder cheeses.
