Default Well this should be a laugh !!

Well this should be interesting i am about to make or try to make a low carb stir fry using mathesons pork sausage as the meat dish the problem i will probably have will be a decent sauce to go with it but i will try my best and see how it goes.
I'll keep you posted (unless i go down with a severe case of tummy ache)

The ingredients will be tomatoes,peppers,beansprouts,soysauce, something called beef boullion,cauliflower and last but not least smoked pork sausage.

I hope you enjoy your stir fry. Don't forget the butter or olive oil to cook it in.

I have used various things to make stir fry sauces, but have come back to just using good old soy sauce.

Well i've tasted better but i've tasted worse the smoked pork sausage would probably have been better exchanged for beef but i did say i was lacking in variety but it wasn't as bad as i thought it would have been.
