Default atkins muffins a must for breakfast on the go

oh my gosh the atkins muffins are a must for breakfast on the go. the lemon poppy seed, the orange cranberry, the banana nut, and the chocolate chip are soooooooooooooooo good wouldnt even know they dont have sugar. they are great, i make a batch, freeze them in a gallon size freezer bag and pull one out and instant breakfast. awesome and quick great for school or travel.

I also like them a lot and freeze them in singles to go...

But for those just starting out, please be adviced that they are not all suitable for Induction or even right after. The chocolate chip are kinda high in carb counts...

It is well worth the price. You are the only one eating them and one or two at a time are fine. I get mine at GNC and they only run 5 something. They are great and I use them a lot when I have to leave for work at 5 Am. I too bake them and then freeze them.

I just got a package of the Atkins banana muffin mix at our local Jewel grocery store. I'm glad to hear they are good. Thanks for the info!!!! Now I can't wait to bake them up. Any other low carb goodies to bake or make that you recommend. Just got the 500 low carb recipe cookbook, and already found a few things that will be favorites!!

We just ordered the Lemon-Poppy Seed muffins (with a ton of other LC stuff) from VitaCost.com...the muffins run $3.99 there, and their shipping is reasonable, too.

Think of how much you spend at fast food restaurants or for a full fat Timmys muffin per muffin.. I don't think 8 dollars a package is that pricey.. considering you get a loaf out of the package or 6 muffins .. I have a pkg. .sitting on my cupboard right now readying itself to be baked..LOL

I'm glad to hear you guys say they are good! I have a few boxes in my cupboard that I was scared to try them - all the other atkins stuff taste terrible! I wouldn't feed my worst enemy the Bake Mix. I'm glad my money wasn't wasted after all - I'm gonna go home and bake tonight

i havent tried the bake mix, but the muffins are good. and with the lemon and poppy seed, the banana nut, and orange cranberry, i actually got 11 each. so i have breakfast for a month if i wanted to or needed to for 16.00 cant beat that. try going out every morning. they are good, as are the endulge bars, but other than that havent found much else good, although i hear the ice cream is awesome.

I have the lemon poppyseed at home can't wait to taste them now - have you tried the corn muffins yet? I will have to get those next. I tried the Endulge ice cream and to be honest - I wasn't that impressed! it just wasn't that sweet! I tried the chocolate maybe I should try the vanilla. Atkins is really hit and miss. But I find I love all the keto products! Their "ketatoes" w/chopped up brautwurst mixed in is my new favorite food!!!

Don't forget, the folks who are paying $8 something are in Canada - those are Canadian dollars. I think the exchange rate is around 1.48 or so nowadays.
