Default Who loves Jelly Belly jelly beans?

There was a thread here a couple of days ago about Champion Lyte sports drinks and how they're sugar free and much better than Gatorade etc. I contacted their website and they just told me where to buy the drinks online as they're not available nationwide. It just so happens that their online supplier also sells sugar free Jelly Belly jelly beans! They are my all time favorite. I had no idea they came in a sugar free version.

Anyway, for anyone who's interested the link is http://www.jambsupply.com/ and look under jelly beans. The nutrition info is posted too. It looks like you can buy individual flavors if you want, too. Yum.

I tried them a little over a week ago.. they are sooo good. They don't even taste like they're sugar-free at all! Thanks for the link!

Default Watch out for the Maltitol!

The only problem is they taste "TOO" good. I ended up having the whole bagful (which thankfully I only purchased a small handful) but ended up with terrible cramps and the other Maltitol related reactions. I have to make sure I only have a couple at a time if I ever decide to get them again. I sure do react to Maltitol!!

I hope someone comes up with a sweetener that doesn't cause digestive problems (other than sugar). Mind you, I suppose it's good that we have a darn good reason to exercise some control

Default Jellybelly

Buddy Squirrel Candy shoppe here in Milwaukee, Wisconsin sells the Sugar-free Jelly Bellys. They are sooooo gooooood. I buy the regular ones for my kids and myself a box. But have to remember to only eat 10 at a sitting .. (no explanation needed).

It's the Lactitol that gets me! They said Splanda, the first ingredient is Maltitol, which doesn't bother me...so I ate a few. EGADS! Next time I will read ALL the ingredients! Lactitol is what makes me shudder in a painful flashback every time I see a SF Reeses display........
