Unhappy pork rinds fried in hydrogenated oil??!

Are they? The bag doesn't say, but my sis says they are, THEY ALL ARE! Should I stop eating these? Solid fats are a no no says Dr. A. What should I do?

I eat these all the time and they haven't damaged me any yet. .Dr. Atkins suggests eating pork rinds as a snack so I don't think they are bad at all.. And if my memory serves me right the pork is boiled in water first and then baked in the oven so no ..no solid fats in them..

Your sis is probably wrong: the ones I buy are cooked in lard.
