Default The amazing body changes

Day 11 of induction, and down 4 pounds. I'm happy about that don't get me wrong.

But what I find amazing is that although only losing 1 inch in the boobs (boy ladies, don't you hate that's the first place it leaves?) and 1/2 inch in the midriff, I'm wearing a size smaller shorts and jeans. Although the scale hasn't moved (which I care nothing about) and inches are the same in the waist and hips, my clothes fit looser.

Must be the daily workouts - walking, floor work, and weights.

And if not, who the heck cares. Long as it goes elsewhere, I'm a happy girl!

Best to all,
Shirley

By the way thanks for posting that link to the USA Today article. I pasted into a relevant thread I was in (with credit to you of course!)

Thanks Archie. Glad you found the article interesting. Did you happen to see Sunday Morning this past Sunday, when the bit on pork rinds? I lost it when Bill walked out of that shop with the big huge pork rind in the bag. How funny!

Actually the boob thing is tongue in cheek thing with me. I'm so not hung up on that. I love my "little gals."

Hugs,
Shirley

You will find that although we do lose in our busts, as we lose in our waist and hips we look similar in proportions.

I went from a 38D to a 36B, it was so depressing that day, but I look as large because the rest of my body shrunk too.

Great loss so far!!
