Wink New Diet Strategy!!!!!!!!!

Hey Everyone!!!!!!!!
Have I got a new thing for you all to try and help you lose weight.

Break your freakin arm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did that on Friday afternoon, well not really my arm more like I just separated my shoulder while playing in a company softball game.

OMG did it ever hurt!!!!

Went to the ER, says it will take 2-3 months to heal completely and now my arm is in a sling until I feel no pain, which shouldn't be very long, only FOREVER!!!!!!

It really isnt that bad though, sure did slow down my appetite though, which I didnt think was possible after doing the LC thing!!

Well this post has taken me 20 minutes to type with one hand so I am gonna sign off for now!!!!

BigggDaddy!

oh bigggdaddy, I feel for you! Dislocating your shoulder is no fun at all!!! I took mine out while dragging a Christmas tree through the snow - stupid me thought it would be easier to drag it down the front lawn to the street (for the garbage men to pick up) through thigh high snow, instead of dragging it to the driveway(that was clear of snow!) and then to the street....to this day I still don't know what the heck I was thinking! Needless to say, I lost my balance and fell, but for some reason maintained my death grip on the tree (again, what the heck was I thinking! ), so my shoulder just went POP! OH THE PAIN!

The pain should start decreasing in a few days! I hope you feel better VERY soon!!!!

Hey bigggdaddy, are you going to write a book and market this new diet strategy of yours??

Of, course, if you break both arms, it might be harder to stick food down your mouth!!

Take care and get better SOON!!
