Question Should I eat on an "over-night shift"?

Hi everyone,
I just ate dinner at 5pm and didn't plan on eating anything else for the rest of the evening...until...I received a phone call asking if I could work tonite from 11pm-7am (and it's an awake shift)....*sigh* I said, yes....Now, while I am working...should I eat during my shift? have a snack? or eat a meal? b/c I will be awake for 24hrs straight! Or should I just eat IF I am hungry?....Some advice would be great!
Thanks,
Jess...

I would think that I would eat if and when I was hungry. But do plan for the hunger by taking protein and fat foods to eat. Cooked meat or chicken, tuna and mayo, pork rinds, cheese, salad. All the things on Induction.

You'll be fine. Most of this is fear of being hungry, not real hunger.

As long as your food choices are allowed in your phase of the diet - eat when you're hungry.

I just love this way of eating :-)

Atkins said not to go more than 6 waking hours without food. I would suggest you follow that, even if you aren't too hungry. Good luck staying awake!
