hi everyone! my name is reyna from miami florida i just started the lc diet again yesterday. I have done this diet in the past and i lost a significant amount of weight but then i just gave up. i guess it was due to a lack of support and also discipline. i've decided to start it again and hopefully with your help and my own discipline I can return to my ideal weight. By the way there was so much helpful information in here. I am so glad i stumbled upon this site
