I tried the brownie mix (great) and the biscuits (great - large size and I put cheese and sausage in them). I bet if you put garlic powder and cheese they will closely mirror the ones at Red Lobster. I am sorry I did not do that. And with all things, they are great right out of the oven, or reheated in the toaster oven.

I finally made the mexican chicken pasta meal. It was pretty good too - very filling and tasty. I hear the cheeseburger mix is selling like crazy. Yes you do add a lb of either hamburger or chicken, depending on the mix. You get 5 cups of meal at about 6 grams carbs per meal. 5 servings is pretty good for the cost $10 CND.

I can't wait to try the new soups.

They're all a little different. FlaxOmeal was the first and isn't sweetened. Gram's Gourmet came along later and I think is sweetened (with sucralose). Keto is also sweetened. Each has different flavours and different combos of flax and bran and protein isolates.

Making your own is easy but will taste different depending on which combinations you try.

And some taste good to some people and bad to others.

You'll just have to take a chance, it looks like.
