For 1 entire week, since the beginning of this challenge, mi ketostix appeared beige, but I kept loosing weight. Maybe you are eating too many carb's... Try to cut them as much as possible. remember that in many foods, there are hidden carbs. I suggest for all of you, to suscribe at the
www.fitday.com web! Here you can really keep track of the food you eat and it has an enormous data base of foods.

I have been cheat Free for 3 days. My Ketostix are PURPLE now, and I have lost 3 pounds since September the 8th.
I think that I am metabolic resistant, and had to cut more my carbs to induce Ketosis.
It is very important that you drink lots of water, preferrably cold (it helps to speed up your metabolism)...I have had 3,5 liters of water, little more than 1 gallon...
Later on the day, I will post my food intake.
