Question Water Pill

I've been using water pills since I started this diet to help maintain water build up during that time of the month. I also drink at least 96 oz of water a day. (that's the minimum). Will this harm my weight loss?

The diet itself makes you lose a ton of water.

I have found being on the diet since April of this year I no longer have those "water" buildups during that time of the month.

You may want to cut them out so as not to dehydrate yourself and cause any damage to kidneys or liver.

Just curious as to whether you actually found they made a difference....I tried them once last year, with no apparent results.....

I started them before I started Atkin's. I drink a ton of water as it is, but I did notice that there was no bloating during my cycle which I was a very heavy bloater. I can't say for sure if they are having any effect now, though.
