Becky,
Sorry but I lost 2.5 lbs in 2 days. I started at 150 on the 3rd, and dropped to 147.5 on the 5th. I lost a lot this 1st week but I had put it on during a binge the 2 weeks before. I was very supprised it came off so quick. I have ate whipped cream with sweetner and almonds in the past 2 days. We will see what the effects of that are. I stall with sugar alcohols, I am not sure about the sweetners.
Good luck to you!!!! I know you will do it.
And thanks Becky, I did not know that I could change the pixel size of a picture. Now you can see me and my wounderful hubby I will add the cheat free symbol when I find the time. Because once again I am working a double shift, and will not care if I exercise when I get home.
I AM TIRED!!

I hope everyone had a good day!!

Question Hi!

Hi! Tamyorr,

Did you take the stars *** off?
Remember that it has to be saved in the signature place.
If you still have problems, please let me know.

Gemma70,

For 1 entire week, since the beginning of this challenge, mi ketostix appeared beige, but I kept loosing weight. Maybe you are eating too many carb's... Try to cut them as much as possible. remember that in many foods, there are hidden carbs. I suggest for all of you, to suscribe at the www.fitday.com web! Here you can really keep track of the food you eat and it has an enormous data base of foods.

Carol.Pino,

I agree with you, we should all post the food we eat. This way other people can see what we have putting in our mouth, and compare the results!...Thanks very much for the cheers!

............................
I have been cheat Free for 3 days. My Ketostix are PURPLE now, and I have lost 3 pounds since September the 8th.
I think that I am metabolic resistant, and had to cut more my carbs to induce Ketosis.
It is very important that you drink lots of water, preferrably cold (it helps to speed up your metabolism)...I have had 3,5 liters of water, little more than 1 gallon...

Later on the day, I will post my food intake.
take care ok, and keep your chin up!

Becky,

Yes, I took the stars out. Wasn't sure if I should leave spaces in where the stars were so I did it both ways. Just can't figure it out.

Tami,
Don`t leave any space in between, ok?
remember to add the AFTER THE ENTIRE ADDRESS. It might be that.
If you still have problems, let me know ok?

Becky, I give up. I can't make it work no matter what I do. This is what I have there, minus the *'s of course.

I copied and pasted the first time, then I typed it myself. I just can't get it to work!

I'd settle for the "i've lost x pounds" gif if you can tell me how to do that. Please email me off list at tami~whtvcable.com. I think we have cluttered up this thread enough with this topic.

Thanks for all your help!

Hi everyone,
Today was a good day. I woke up feeling thinner. I can already see a difference in my stomach. I have a lot more energy, lost that sluggish feeling, and really have felt full eating all this protein.

Slice of ham for breakfast
chicken breast with mozz cheese for lunch
romain lettuce, feta cheese, caesar dsg for dinner
2 grilled sausages
2 diet cokes (not enough water
1 LC candybar

I always stay under 20 carbs. I wonder if the LC bars slow me down. I hear some people have trouble with those sweeteners.

Keep on track everyone!!!!

Hi everyone!
I hope you all had a good day. I have ate to much today, but still its low carb.
BK: Bacon and eggs
Lunch: Pork loin from a roast, french style green beans and green pepper.
Dinner: Chicken salad salad with a zero carb dressing. The Chicken salad did have a small amount of walnuts.
70 ozs water
Snacks: pork rinds, low carb peanut butter cup, pickled bolonga.

I hope the pb cup doesn't stall me, it seems like it can. But I had a sweet tooth. At least I didn't get the real ice cream.
