Default not a new subject but I bought a scale...

I dont know why but it makes me very nervous!
I didnt spend nearly the amount that many of you did
but I got a mid range model Tanita that also does the body fat calc thing...

SO....hopefully when it arrives I can toss my dumb scale out the window!
I have just hit the max on my home scale but you can make your weight fluctuate 20 pounds in either direction based on how you stand...lol NOT too good!

Hi Jessie! I love the Tanita scale I got two weeks ago. I always hated how scales fluctuated so much, but I haven't had that problem at all with my scale. It's so accurate that I find myself seeing how much the food I just eat weighed and so on. I'm don't think it's helped me too much to figure out what helps or doesn't help with my weight loss, but I like it anyway...

Hi there. I think we have the same scale (almost). I didn't spend too much money and it does the fat percentage. Although I have to say in all the time that I have had the thing, my fat% does not change more than 3%. I think I'm always at 30% no matter what. It's nice having such an accurate scale at least for the weight part, and it doesn't take up much space.
