Question Vitamin Supplements

I'd be interested to know what supplements people are taking? Are the supplements Atkins recommends in the book available in Canada? - rob

All of the supplements (minerals / vitmains) listed in the book are available in Canada, Rob, with the exception of l-carnitine which cannot be bought over the counter (but can sometimes be obtained by asking quietly in a whipered voice )

This thread will give you a run down of the big 3 that LCers need - the rest is very individual. You might want to check out the Nutrition / Supplements forum for more detailed info!
