I don't know if anybody ever did this here before or if you all will like this, but let's play a game~!
I sort of made this up so I will explain ^_^

First, *Person A* will begin by naming a high carb or 'bad food'. You know, things you are not suppose to eat but you want to eat. This applies to Atkins and low carb diets.
then, *Person B* will replace it with something that you can eat.
!!try to keep it similar if you can, but if not, then at least a good replacement. it's a game, so no repeating things.
Person B then lists his or her product and the following person must replace it. then he lists his product and so on.

Here is an example:

I start by posting(!specifically!) a product or food that I like that is high in carbs, and I think other people will like. I will say:
>Hershy Bar (most people like chocholat, after all)

Now we must replace it with a product. the purpose is to list the brand name and even net carbs if you can, so the rest of us can try and find the substituion.
>>Carb Solutions brand candy bars (0 net carbs)

we probably all knew that because there are a lot of super wal mart junkies here, including myself. so then, I'll start:::

>Kettle Corn type popcorn.
(next person, replace it with something LC and then after that, list your bad product. following person, replace his product and list your bad product.)

I guess that the only thing I could think of for the salty crunch (and hand to mouth snacking) would be.....

Macadamia Nuts

Orange juice....Diet V8 Splash, doesn't come in OJ flavor but the two flavors available, Tropical Splash and Berry Splash are very good. Only 3 carbs for 8oz glass.

Now can anyone come up with a replacement for stuffed pasta shells?

Stuffed mushrooms

I'm having a problem coming up with a high carb food I've been craving that I havn't found a subs for. Turnips and keto potatoes make french fries

How about "Toasted garlic bread"
