Hey can I join your buddy group? I am 23 and I am hoping for some friends to help encourage me to continue on to my goal. I'm almost 1/2 way there and this is about the point in the past where I have quit and gained a bunch of weight back. (wasn't w/ atkins though!) So I really want some people to be accountable to!
