IF I could stick to this WOE. When Im faithful this WOE works wonders, weight melts off.

Then why would you want to change??
Maybe just follow some of the great advise here regarding the outings.

And the other thing I would suggest is to go back on induction, A" Clean"
induction ( no phoney foods/nosugar treats),for two weeks at least. if you have been on and off the program for the last two months,

usually turns into a 2-3 day cheat.

then you really should think about starting over.

Only you can decide if your willing to stick to it, you've got one of the easiest weight loss plans right here, all tyou have to do is convince yourself to follow it.

Cheers Kathy

One more thing about WW vs. Atkins -

Atkins: $6.95 for the book
WW: $20 enrollment and $12-20 each week for the meetings

Not to mention that I spend a lot less $$ now buying veggies and meats (I found ground turkey yesterday for 78 cents a pound!) than I did on all the low fat garbage.

You all are the best!! Thank you for all your advice!
Beyond being a carb addict - I AM A FOOD ADDICT - if I could do nothing but eat all day - I would. I know Im the whiney sort that wants nothing more than to be a size 8 with a metabolism that wont stop.

I need to suck it up and choose between BEING FAT or EATING FAT.

I need to ask a water question too...
I'm drinking all my water 70 oz in the a.m. before I allow myself to drink anything else (motivation to get it all down) is there any drawback to that? Is it better for my body to drink it throughout the day? Or doesnt it matter?

Thanks for putting up with me and all my complaints and whines! I dont know what I would do without this website!!!!!!

Drinking water all day is a great way to keep your stomach feeling full as well as aiding in digestion. My guess would be that you should be drinking it all day rather than 'getting in all in' just during the morning.

BTW, I'm not Doctor and I don't play one on T.V. .......Just my opinion.

Pitt,
If you are wondering if this is right for you, you should buy the book. No one here can really say yes or no to your question because we do not know your med history. According to your stats, you are doing something right.

Pitt-

I think Jennifer Anniston and several celebrities do low carb diets. So entertainers are low carbing all the time. I don't know if you can lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks-but a combination of low carb and work outs should allow you to shrink a bit.

I think Jennifer Anniston does the Zone. I am not absolutely positive about that.
