Drinking water all day is a great way to keep your stomach feeling full as well as aiding in digestion. My guess would be that you should be drinking it all day rather than 'getting in all in' just during the morning.

BTW, I'm not Doctor and I don't play one on T.V.

.......Just my opinion.
