Hello, everyone!
Update: worked out this morning (hit CURVES at 6:05!), spent ALL DAY getting my classroom ready for the not-so-little darlings (8:00-7:00 makes it an 11 hour day!). I'm kinda tired.
Food so far (still hungry, so will get some more protein/fat):
1 h/b egg
1 cobb salad (about 2 cups lettuce, part of a tomato, part of an egg, a slice of bacon, 1/8 avocado, slice of turkey breast, 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese, and blue cheese dressing on the side)--this was at a restaurant, so am not exactly certain of amounts
2 1/4 hamburger patties w/ mayo and mustard
2 cups iced tea
1 cup coffee (decaf) w/ 1 tablespoon cream
and
5 liters of water.
Scale this AM said 300.5, but I'm not believing it until next Monday.
